Wow so I took 3 weeks off because of family vacation and traveling and I really paid for it! I ran 2.5 miles and suffered through the entire thing! I was running almost 4 miles comfortably and I struggled with 2.5

Heavy legs today…. I need to stretch
Second time doing 3.8 miles and it was tougher than the first time. My legs were heavy and I started with a little bit faster pace than I planned. but I hung in there and was able to pretty much maintain the pace for a better time than last time! Overall I was OK ……. Didnt feel great but still was able to finish strong and pick up the pace dramatically over the last 8 tenths of a mile.

First time running 3.8 mi
So I extended my run from 3.1 to 3.8 miles and I was of course worried about how I would feel and if I would even be able to finish the run. It ended up being probably my most comfortable run in the last 7 weeks. My breathing was great, I maintained my pace well and I felt strong all the way through the finish. I finally got a good watch that had split times so Ill be utilizing that more. Over all a great run and it excites me to continue running more and more!

Wow I didnt know I had it in me….
My last run I had improved on my best time by a full minute and now 2 days later I improve on that time by 1min and 30 secs. In a week my pace has jumped from a 9:45/9:50 pace to a 8:43 pace today. Im amazed and I cant believe that I did it. Overall I was pretty comfortable with the pace. Aside from a cramp in my right trap my body felt good. My breathing was a struggle but I was able to hold it together and finish strong.

Best Run Yet !
So after having such a challenging run 2 days ago I was prepared for the worst today and ended running about 50 seconds faster than I have so to date. I felt great and relaxed and my breathing was really good. I also had the best finish that ive had so far. Overall I am very happy.

Hardest Run Yet
I felt great all day and was anticipating running. I felt good starting the run but quickly realized that it was gonna be tough. Numerous times I wanted to stop and walk or cut the run short but I kept going and I am happy that I did! I wasnt hurting or breathing hard I just didnt feel good! On a side note I really need to get my diet on point so that I can start cutting the pounds!

Run before Cycle
Decided to stay on pace for the entire run and not speed up at all until the last .20 miles. I felt OK and I was able to keep the pace like I wanted. Finished strong but not as strong as usual but surprisingly had a good time.

First outdoor cycle.
After running the 3.1 miles I jumped on the mountain bike and rode 6.2 miles. This was my first non stationary bike ride and it was very hilly. Much tougher than I thought and took longer than it should have. Shows me I have a lot of work ahead of me.

Evening Run
Wnet for a run after a long day of work and a visit to Chuck E Cheese First mile was at 10 min pace and I felt very good. I decided to pick up the pace and struggled the rest of the way. I had side cramps for most of the run and the last half miles was a strain on my breathing! But I finished strong with a PR. Pretty soon these PR’s are gonna stop im sure!
